You will report mainly to the CEO.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">As a growing startup, we are looking for an individual who knows their way around growing a social media following and is confident in taking the initiative. You should be excited and passionate about social media, content creation, and community building. The ideal candidate is visually creative, detail oriented, and has excellent communication skills. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can execute in a brand cohesive way, while also keeping the long-term strategy in mind.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">This is a part-time position with the potential to lead to a full-time position and greater responsibility for the right candidate.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">Disabled individuals are highly encouraged to apply.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of Springrose's social media content and strategy to drive brand awareness, growth, and engagement</li> <li>Create visual and written content for Springrose&rsquo;s social media accounts, particularly Instagram and Tik Tok</li> <li>Report on the monthly content plans and analytics for all social media channels &ndash; Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.</li> <li>Responsible for posting to the brand social media accounts</li> <li>Engage with the community and influencers from the brand&rsquo;s voice</li> <li>Scout influencers and ambassadors for partnerships</li> <li>Identify social media trends and content strategies to maintain brand competitiveness</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 3 years in a similar or relevant role in marketing, communications, public relations, partnerships, copywriting, etc.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span></li> <li>Deep understanding of social media platforms and up to date on industry &amp; platform trends</li> <li>Superior copywriting skills and an understanding of how to maintain brand consistency</li> <li>Proven ability and track record to grow a personal or brand content-based social media account, most importantly TikTok or Instagram</li> <li>Video editing and graphic design skills (Canva is ideal, Adobe is not needed)</li> <li>Results-oriented individual who is comfortable trying different tactics to achieve success</li> <li>A self-starter mindset but also collaborative</li> <li>Must be good at generating ideas<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span></li> <li>Passionate about disability rights</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><strong>Desired Qualifications (not required)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in apparel, DTC, ecommerce, or a consumer brand</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills</li> <li>Experience building partnerships with brands and content creators<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">We encourage you to apply regardless of meeting all qualifications and/or requirements.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">As a part-time role, the pay will be $25-38/hr based on experience, skill set, and other factors.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">We are a fully remote team with flexible working hours.
