Role Asteya is looking for a results-oriented and energetic Product Marketing Manager to lead the first fully digital income insurance product (yep, no medical exams necessary). In this position, you will work cross-functionally with various teams and individuals, including the CPO and CEO (former Chief Brand Officer at Bumble). You’ll be an integral part of a team that’s more concerned with creativity, collaboration, and results, than titles or hierarchy. The primary responsibility of this role is to bring our products to life and determine how to position them in the market.  Responsibilities <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding-left: 40px; overflow: hidden; font-family: 'IBM Plex Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Create and lead the go-to-market strategy for existing and future products including positioning, value props, messaging, target audience, and marketing channels</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Keep a pulse on customers by researching and analyzing behavior to influence product decisions</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Liaise with the Dev, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure product details are clearly communicated to drive a consistent customer experience</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Oversee marketing campaigns and results to evaluate their effectiveness and areas for improvement</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Obsess over our metrics by owning, tracking, and measuring our performance and providing justifications for wins and losses</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Define and refine our user personas, including their top pain points, their interests, and what drives them</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding-left: 40px; overflow: hidden; font-family: 'IBM Plex Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">3+ years in product marketing or similar positions</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">A desire to revamp and reimagine a decades-old industry to ensure people have access to financial security</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Positive with a "yes, and..." attitude</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Embrace new challenges with the confidence to teach yourself new skills (e.g. knowing how to Google)</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">A knack for copywriting (we hope you can help translate insurance jargon) </li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Impeccable organizational skills</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">A love for digging into data and numbers</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0e101a;">Passionate about mental, physical, and financial wellness</li> </ul> Company Background Asteya was founded out of a passion for protecting people’s financial, mental and physical wellbeing.
